Privacy Policy

This policy describes what SKUFoundry ("we", "us") collects, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and profile picture from your sign-in provider (Google), used to create and identify your account.
• Customer data: the inventory files you upload, your workspace configuration (colors, sizes, settings, descriptions), and your stored SKUs. Uploaded inventory files are processed in memory to produce your download; we do not retain the file contents. We store conversion metadata (product and variant counts, timestamps) for plan limits and your usage dashboard.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We don't use your Customer Data for anything except providing the Service to you.
• We use cookieless, aggregate page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising trackers. The only cookies we set are for your sign-in session.

Service providers

Your data is processed by the infrastructure providers the Service is built on:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Vercel — application hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email (plan and billing notifications)
• Google — sign-in identity

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Downgrading or cancelling a subscription never deletes your data. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@skufoundry.com from your account address; we'll confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our providers. Access to your workspace data is enforced at the database level — every query is scoped to your own workspace.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time via the contact address above. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), we honor those requests accordingly.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced via the Service or email.
